Andrey Budassi

Andrey Budassi was born in 1979 in Moscow. Since 1995, he was a member of the rap core group 'Escobar Off Trip,' which disbanded due to differences among its members, despite many interesting ideas. Working in the group allowed Andrey to start getting acquainted with music editors, where for several years he created numerous sketches of compositions. In 2002, closer contact with techno culture began to influence him, and the sketches he had previously put aside started to receive positive feedback from musician friends. At the same time, Andrey was getting familiar with the works of electronic musicians, often buying records, which naturally led to the appearance of turntables in his home, around which home parties with Moscow DJs gathered. Gradually, learning from their experience, Andrey developed as a DJ and participated in events with stars like Samy Koivikko and ARK, as well as recorded several mixes for DeepMix Moscow radio. As a DJ, he performed in clubs: Red Way, Plaster, Stereo, Club-25, Lyuba, Klesh-kafe, Grand Cafe Ruzh (SPB), Pre-club (SPB), and at the annual 'Birsday party' events in the open air (SPB). In December 2006, a presentation of his Live project took place in St. Petersburg.
