How to use the archive — search, map, accounts

Accounts & your cabinet

You can browse the whole archive without an account. Signing in unlocks your cabinet — your home for your profile and, if you're a creator, your content.

Signing in

Register with an email and password, or use a social login. New accounts verify by email before some actions unlock.

Claiming a legacy account

Many people already exist in the archive from its earlier life. If that's you, you can claim your account rather than making a new one:

  1. Start the password-reset flow with the email on the legacy record.
  2. Set a password — this claims the account and links it to you.
  3. You now own that history.
Important

Claiming links a real, decades-old presence to you. If an email doesn't work or you're not sure which record is yours, contact us rather than creating a duplicate.

The cabinet

Your cabinet is where you manage your presence. For creators — DJs, artists, promoters — it's also where you edit your own entities and publish. That workflow has its own handbook:

Tip

Creators: the Creators docs branch (in your cabinet) covers profiles, content, connections and syndication in depth. This public guide stays intentionally light.
